Sick of the Same Old Healthy eating Advice? Same

When I set out to get my health back on track, I tried everything they told me to do—trendy diets, complicated meal plans, and advice that ignored the reality of living with ADHD.

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of extreme fatigue, Hashimoto's, insulin resistance, hormone imbalance, depression, brain fog, and stubborn weight gain. I didn’t know what was going on, and every doctor I saw seemed to ignore getting to the root of the issue.

Finally, after seven years of searching, I found a functional medicine doctor and a nutritionist who uncovered what had been missed—I had ADHD. But even with the right diagnosis, meal planning was still a disaster.

I tried to follow the advice I was given, but I could never make it stick. The thought of organizing meals or spending hours in the kitchen was beyond overwhelming. I couldn’t help but wonder if my ADHD had been sabotaging my health all along.

Here’s the thing: I realized that traditional ways of eating healthy weren’t built for my ADHD brain. They’re not made for people like us—who get paralyzed by decision fatigue, who struggle with focus and planning, and who often end up grabbing popcorn or peanut butter because it’s just easier.

Sound familiar?

I was tired of feeling like my brain was the problem, but the truth hit me like a ton of bricks:

I’m not broken—the system is. I needed a way to make eating healthy simple, doable, and sustainable, without stressing me out or draining my energy.

So I created one.

Now, I’ve turned that system into a life-changing approach to meal planning and nutrition for women like you—those who want to feel their best without being held back by ADHD. And guess what? It works.
